As a registered psychologist and having been in private practice for 14 years, I have had the privilege to meet and work with many wonderful couples, families and individuals.

I strive to establish a solid rapport with clients in a comfortable environment. I have been told that clients appreciate my professional and direct approach that is not overly formal and allows for humour when appropriate.

I use a biopsychosocial approach and incorporate several therapeutic modalities. I work to not only focus on managing symptoms, but getting down to the root cause of what is getting in the way of being able to achieve one’s goals.

I have had the pleasure of working with people from diverse backgrounds and every age. I enjoy interacting with children, teens and adults alike and feel a great reward in helping my clients find their best selves.

I am very happy in my field of work and I am always learning and growing. I am also so fortunate to have a family that fills my heart and allows me to understand the many challenges that parents encounter these days, including limiting screen time and recognizing social media hazards.
